Comparative Market Analysis
Selling your home should be easy, fun, and most importantly profitable!  Using my services will help
ensure that everything goes smoothly and quickly in the sale of your home.  The most important factor in
determining how well your home sells is it's list price in relation to the present condition of your home
and property.  A professionally prepared CMA will get you started on the right foot.  A CMA accounts
for your home's age, location, size, lot size, how modern your home is, exterior, and other sales in your
neighborhood.  It will give you a good idea of what homes are worth in your neighborhood.  If you
choose to list your home for a higher amount than the recommended price, it will take longer to sell.  On
the other hand, if you need to sell it quick, list it a little below the going market value and it should sell
well.
