WHAT DO YOU DESIRE IN A HOME?

What do you desire in a home?

I realize you've asked yourself that question many times already. Now, it's time to
put your thoughts on paper and get serious about finding your perfect home! Just
answer each question as accurately as possible so that your focus will be
narrowed in, and we will know where to start when searching. Although you might
end up having to be somewhat flexible on a few things when we actually start
looking at homes, it's good to have some important factors determined in advance.

1. What type of home would you most like to have? (Check all that apply)

2. In what area of town would you most like to live? (Choose all that apply)

3. What price range are you considering?

4. Does the age of the home influence your decision? If so, what is the
oldest home you would consider?

5. How many levels would you like your home to have (1, 1.5, 2, 3)? Why?

6. Do you want a garage or carport? (please specify) If yes, how many cars
should it hold?

7. Is yard/lot size important to you? Would you like to have a big yard or a
smaller, low maintenance yard?

8. Would you like a fireplace in your home?

9. Do you like to cook? Is a large kitchen important to you? (please explain)

10. What else is important to you in a home that has not been covered in
the previous questions?

Now your brain should really be thinking about your new home. You now have some
idea of what you are looking for. So before moving on to the next page, do two things
